The research focused on reducing energy waste worldwide has brought to constructing moreover efficient hot and cold fluids transport system for district heating (civil heating through thermal energy produced in excess by a thermo-electric central), district cooling (keeping cooling water temperature low), fuels burnt in the energy production process. The steel pipes coating technologies using polyurethane foam can ensure high energy efficiency in transporting fluids.
Among the many Projects carried out by RGS, stands the Val D’Agri oil pipeline which busied the Company in producing hundreds of kilometers of polyurethane foam coating.
