Internal coating with epoxy paint for water
Internal lining using high quality epoxy paints, with a formula specifically designed for the transport of drinking water, in compliance with the Italian Ministerial Decree Ministry of Health No. 174 of 06.04.04, drinking water, waste water, irrigation water, industrial water and salty and marine water. The internal epoxy paint, in addition to sealing off and protecting the pipe, has the effect of reducing the surface roughness and friction of the running water, with ensuing reduction of pressure drops during transport. Quality / price wise, it is the most widely adopted solution for aqueducts today. We apply the lining according to EN 10339, AWWA C210 and customer specifications.

In order to guarantee a long-lasting and suitable for the purpose product and, and on the basis of the experience gained over the years, we pay particular attention to the preparation of the internal surface of the pipe and the formula of the paint.
Before painting, we perform a perfect surface cleaning of the pipe by means of an energetic metal grit blasting which allows us to achieve a defined roughness. Then we perform a surface dust removal. All in controlled and possibly conditioned environment conditions of temperature and humidity.
The paint we use is of high quality and comes from long-time tested suppliers.
