Water is a public good too important to be wasted or to be conveyed through materials that are not suitable from a quality point of view. The wide range of our offer in terms of internal coatings and solutions for pipe joints has made us gain over the years the role of primary national supplier of the steel pipeline market, especially for Public Authorities and customers particularly sensitive to the quality features of the product.
Steel pipes
HFI welded carbon steel pipes according to UNI EN 10224 for conveying water and watery liquids. We can manufacture also according to many others International Standards. Steel and thicknesses may be calculated according to the design pressures.
3LPE
External coating in 3LPE / ISO 21809-1 with HDPE for cold and hot working temperatures from -40 ° C to + 80 ° C.
3LPP
Alternative with external coating in 3LPP / ISO 21809-1 for higher working temperatures from -20 ° C to + 110 ° C and increased scratch resistance.
FBE
Alternative external coating in epoxy powder paint FBE / ISO 21809-2 with increased thickness. Different colors can be used upon request.
ASPHALT
ASPHALT external coating for working temperatures up to + 60 ° C.
Water EPOXY
Internal epoxy paint coating for potable water to reduce the pressure drop in the pipe and protect the pipe. Also for drain, marine and salty waters.
CEMENT MORTAR LINING
Cement mortar lining for POTABLE WATER, with auto-healing feature typical of the lining. Also for drain, marine and salty waters.
RILSAN
Thermoplastic resin lining for POTABLE and aggressive WATER, with pressure drop reduction, anticorrosion protection of the pipe, high chemical resistance and resistance to abrasion. Also for drain, marine and salty waters, even with presence of Hydrocarbons.
Rock-shield
Optional addition of external mechanical rock-shield protection useful in pipe-laying in rocky areas, differences in height, or for pipe-layings with less environment impact (parks), both small and large diameters.
Concrete Overweighting
External Concrete Coating (CWC) for controlled weighting and mechanical protection of the OFFSHORE pipeline (sea, lake, river crossing).
